Regular training with the RECK MOTOmed viva2 leg and arm trainer enables me to prevent muscle cramps (spasms) and shortening of the muscles (contractures). My continuous training with MOTOmed also means that I do not need to take any additional medication.
After a busy day at the theatre in the evening, when I allow the MOTOmed to assist me in my training, the passive leg trainer helps my blood circulation and stimulates my metabolism. This motor-assisted, even movement stimulates my circulation and increases my well-being. And sometimes I get it set really fast. Conversely, if something should come up and I can't train, I'm missing something. Because of my remaining remaining muscles in the shoulder area and a little biceps I can operate the arm trainer on my own. This also helps my metabolism. It also strengthens my trunk stability and improves my breathing.
Since I travel a lot, the topic of mobility is particularly important to me. As often as possible I take the MOTOmed viva2 with me on my long car journeys (Darmstadt-Berlin-Munich-Vienna). The large transport rollers allow uncomplicated transport from the car to various hotel rooms. This allows me to conduct my MOTOmed training individually and at any time - usually in the late evening - regardless of where I am.
And so, by the way, if I want, I can read something, make a phone call or even watch a movie.
