A strong signal for future!

Even before their final IHK examinations, all commercial apprentices at Reck Technik GmbH & Co. KG in Betzenweiler received offers of continued employment following their training. Company management—specifically Christine Reck—personally asked all seven apprentices approaching their exams whether they wished to stay with the company after completing their training. Without hesitation, everyone responded to this surprise question with a joyful "Yes."

To help prepare for the exams, an "empowerment" session was held during which the apprentices and management cooked, ate, and discussed matters together.

The professional futures of these young people—who were still completing their training at Reck at the time—were thus secured, even amidst challenging economic conditions. The company is now delighted to welcome these graduates of the dual training program as new skilled professionals; they have already been integrated into teams across various departments, taking on qualified and engaging roles. This milestone was celebrated with a joint graduation meal.
