FIRST STEP AND HALF A MILLION HOURS: THE BALLOON CONTEST
A fantastic event, celebrated with employees and their families, business partners and opinion leaders from politics, economy, culture and social affairs came to an impressive end with a balloon flight.
Under a clear blue sky, the green balloons took off from Dürmentingen, passed Betzenweiler, continued their flight via Ulm to Munich and finally reached Austria and Hungary. More than 230 cards found their way back to Upper Swabia. The balloon of Mr. Laurent Nuss from France travelled farthest. His balloon card was found in Jakabszállás, a community in Hungary and was sent back to RECK by its finder Ms Boglárka Szentkuti. Laurent Nuss is the winner of this contest and receives a zeppelin flight across Lake Constance, a hotel stay and a dinner for two.
Everybody who took part in this event contributed in various ways and made this day a very special one. Big thanks is dedicated to all finders of the balloon cards who gave great pleasure to all of us by sending back the post cards.
