A successful start to a new phase of life

On 2 September 2024, our new trainees embarked on an exciting new chapter in their lives. At the start, they were warmly greeted by the management, who explained the importance of this step into professional life and welcomed them to the company.

The day began with a comprehensive introductory event, during which the trainees learned about the main content and structures of training at RECK-Technik. It was a day full of information and new impressions that optimally prepared the trainees for their future tasks.

A special highlight of the day was the joint lunch, where the new trainees had the opportunity to make their first contacts in a relaxed atmosphere. This was followed by a detailed tour of the sites in Betzenweiler and Dürmentingen with a comprehensive overview of the company and its production and assembly areas.

After the lunch break, the trainees were accompanied by their respective training supervisors to the departments where they will take their first steps in their careers. After a brief introduction to the departments, the practical work began for them.

The anticipation of the traditional trainee barbecue on Thursday, September 5, 2024, is already palpable - a great opportunity to get to know the employees better and strengthen team spirit.
