Start of training at RECK

The diverse group had a full schedule on their first day at RECK. The day started with a greeting by Managing Director Andreas Reck, who warmly welcomed the new company members and wished them a successful start to their training period. This was followed by an introduction to the company and training given by two long-time employees of RECK – both former trainees – to the seven newcomers. But that’s not all, the trainees also had the opportunity to become active themselves: During get-to-know games – with social distance and mask – the newcomers got to know each other better and the ice was broken at the latest after the joint breakfast break with butter pretzels. Equipped with trainee bags, smoothies, trail mix and trainee T-shirt as a gift from RECK, the trainees started their first lunch break, which they spent on the terrace together with the company director Christine Reck. On the sun-drenched terrace they had the chance to ask the management questions. After the morning introduction, all trainees were picked up by their supervisors in the departments.

The following day, a guided tour of all departments in Betzenweiler and Dürmentingen was on the agenda, which culminated in a first after-work party.
